Pink Dahlia

Hello friends. Hope you’ve all had a lovely day.

Today I have a card using the Dahlia’s Stamp Set from Penny Black. I love this set and it was one of the first Penny Black Stamp Sets that I every purchased after inspiration years ago from Kristina Werner.

Watercolour5

I stamped out the dahlia onto white watercolour card stock with Versamark ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. Then I used Distress Ink Picked Raspberry with Gold Metallic Powder mixed together to make a water coloured background. I cut the inked piece of cardstock down small enough to be able to add some pink paper behind it so it still fit nicely on the card base. I adhered everything together with double sided tape and that’s my card done.
